Extra Copy of Tenancy Agreement                                                                                       £30.00 (per agreement)

Amendments to Tenancy Agreement                                                                                   £100.00

Rent Chase Letter/E-mail                                                                                                     £25.00

Rent Chase via visit to the property by A N Estates staff member                                       £50.00

Lost/Broken Keys- Agents call out (If keys are available with agent)                                   £100.00 

** Please NOTE that if the agent does not have a spare key, tenants should arrange lock smith and are liable for the cost and a copy of the new key(s) should be sent to the agent immediately.

 

Tenancy Renewal Fee                                                                                                          £50.00
 
If tenants are in the state of Eviction by court at any stage, all court fees should be paid by tenants.
